Partnership Board Survey

Learning Difficulties and Ethnicity: A Framework for Action came out on 5th February 2004. Early in 2005, we did the first national survey of Partnership Boards to find out how things were going for people with learning difficulties from minority ethnic communities.

Just over one year on, we want to ask you for an update on how things are going in your area, with the second national survey.

We will use the information to:

1. Help write a report to update Ivan Lewis, Parliamentary Secretary of State for Community at the Department of Health, on developments since the last survey.

2. Help the Task Force and Valuing People Support Team share information about good things that are happening and help to do something about things that are getting in the way.

3. Write a short report that will be sent to all Partnership Boards in England.

We would like to find out about good things you are doing in your area. We would like you to tell us about these so we can tell other people around England and they can get in touch with you for more information.

We also want to know about things that are getting in the way of making things better.

We really need to hear from all Partnership Boards across England.
