sfgroup - Charitable fund for disabled
people
sfgroup’s purpose is to financially assist severely
disabled people of all ages, individually or in groups, to
have access to equipment and services which will make a
positive difference to their quality of life. They realise,
through the personal experience of some of friends and
relatives, that statutory provision does not always cover
items and services which are very specialised or of a
higher specification than normal. Nevertheless they are
aware that these can make an important contribution to the
wellbeing of severely disabled people and see this as a
target area for donations.
sfgroup is a young company who hope that their approach
reflects a positive and non patronising attitude. They aim
is to offer ‘a helping hand’ to severely disabled people
when they need that special something which would make life
easier. They have tried to make the application procedure
simple and straightforward and all applications will be
followed up personally by the Fund Manager. sfgroup want
this charity to be progressive and proactive!
They will pay for specific items or service that will make
a positive difference to the quality of life of individuals
or groups and examples of the type of assistance given in
the past can by found on their website. They do not give
‘hard cash’ but order and pay for the items where funding
has been agreed.
Please refer to the FAQ's page before applying to check
whether you or your organisation fit the
